Hebrews 4:6

Seeing therefore it remaineth that some must enter therein, and those to whom it was first preached did not enter in because of unbelief,
Seeing therefore it remaineth that some should enter thereinto, and they to whom the good tidings were before preached failed to enter in because of disobedience,
Therefore, since the promise remains for some to enter His rest, and those who formerly had the good news preached to them failed to [grasp it and did not] enter because of [their unbelief evidenced by] disobedience,
Seeing then that the promise remains over [from past times] for some to enter that rest, and that those who formerly were given the good news about it and the opportunity, failed to appropriate it and did not enter because of disobedience,
Seeing therefore it remaineth that some must enter therein, and they to whom it was first preached entered not in because of unbelief:
Therefore, since it remains for some to enter it, and those who formerly received the good news did not enter because of disobedience,
Therefore, it’s left open for some to enter it, and the ones who had the good news preached to them before didn’t enter because of disobedience.
Therefore, since it still remains for some to enter it, and those who received the Good News earlier did not enter,
This means that the promise to enter is still good, because those who first heard about it disobeyed and did not enter.
Seeing therefore it remains that some enter into it, and those who first received the glad tidings did not enter in on account of not hearkening to the word,
Since then it remains that some may enter into it, and the ones formerly having had-good-news-announced to them did not enter because of disobedience,
Seeing then it remaineth that some are to enter into it, and they, to whom it was first preached, did not enter because of unbelief:
So the opportunity is still there for some to enter and enjoy God’s rest. But those who first heard the good news about it did not enter, because they did not obey.
So we see that there is still a chance for people to go to God's place of rest. But those people who first heard God's message in the wilderness refused to obey him. As a result, they did not arrive in his special place of rest.
Therefore, since it is still the case that some do enter this rest, and yet those who formerly had the gospel preached to them did not enter because of disobedience,
Since therefore it remains for some to enter it, and those who formerly received the good news failed to enter because of disobedience,
Since therefore it remains for some to enter it, and those who formerly received the good news failed to enter because of disobedience,
·It is still true that some people will [or This passage shows that some can still] enter God’s rest, but those who ·first [or formerly] ·heard the way to be saved [L had the Good News/Gospel proclaimed to them] did not enter, because they did not ·obey [believe; remain faithful].
Seeing therefore it remaineth that some must enter thereinto, and they to whom it was first preached, entered not therein for unbelief’s sake:
However, some people enter that place of rest. Those who heard the Good News in the past did not enter God’s place of rest because they did not obey God.
Those who first heard the Good News did not receive that rest, because they did not believe. There are, then, others who are allowed to receive it.
Since it remains for some to enter it, and those who formerly received the good news did not enter because of disobedience,
It is still true that some people will enter and have God’s rest. But those who first heard the way to be saved did not enter. They did not enter because they did not obey.
Therefore, since it is still true that some will enter it, and since those who once heard the good news failed to enter it because of their disobedience,
And in the passage above he refers to “my rest” as something already in existence. No, it is clear that some were intended to experience this rest and, since the previous hearers of the message failed to attain to it because they would not believe God, he proclaims a further opportunity when he says through David, many years later, “today”, just as he had said “today” before. ‘Today, if you will hear his voice, do not harden your hearts’.
Seeing, therefore, it remains that some must enter therein, and those to whom it was first preached did not enter in because of disobedience;
Seeing therefore it remaineth that some must enter therein, and they to whom it was first preached entered not in because of unbelief:
Seeing therefore it remaineth that some must enter therein, and they to whom it was first preached entered not in because of unbelief:
Therefore, since it remains for some to enter it, and those who formerly had good news proclaimed to them failed to enter because of disobedience,
Since therefore it remains for some to enter into it, and the ones to whom the good news was proclaimed previously did not enter because of disobedience,
Yet the promise remains and some get in—but not those who had the first chance, for they disobeyed God and failed to enter.
For as long, then, as that promise of resting in him pulls us on to God’s goal for us, we need to be careful that we’re not disqualified. We received the same promises as those people in the wilderness, but the promises didn’t do them a bit of good because they didn’t receive the promises with faith. If we believe, though, we’ll experience that state of resting. But not if we don’t have faith. Remember that God said, Exasperated, I vowed, “They’ll never get where they’re going, never be able to sit down and rest.” God made that vow, even though he’d finished his part before the foundation of the world. Somewhere it’s written, “God rested the seventh day, having completed his work,” but in this other text he says, “They’ll never be able to sit down and rest.” So this promise has not yet been fulfilled. Those earlier ones never did get to the place of rest because they were disobedient. God keeps renewing the promise and setting the date as today, just as he did in David’s psalm, centuries later than the original invitation: Today, please listen, don’t turn a deaf ear . . .
Since therefore it remains for some to enter it, and they to whom it was first preached did not enter due to unbelief,
Therefore since it remains for some to enter it, and those who previously had the good news proclaimed to them failed to enter because of disobedience,
However, some people enter that place of rest. Those who heard the Good News in the past did not enter God’s place of rest because they did not obey God.
Therefore, since it remains that some will enter into it, and those who formerly received the good news did not enter because of disobedience,
Therefore, since it remains for some to enter it, and those who previously had good news preached to them failed to enter because of disobedience,
Therefore, since it remains for some to enter it, and those who formerly had good news preached to them failed to enter because of disobedience,
Seeing, therefore, that some will enter into that rest, and since those who first had received the good news failed to enter because of their refusal to believe,
It is still true that some people will enter God’s rest, but those who first heard the way to be saved did not enter, because they did not obey.
Therefore it remains for some to enter it, yet those to whom it was previously proclaimed did not enter because of disobedience.
It is still true that some people will enjoy this rest. But those who had the good news announced to them earlier didn’t go in. That’s because they didn’t obey.
Therefore since it still remains for some to enter that rest, and since those who formerly had the good news proclaimed to them did not go in because of their disobedience,
Therefore since it still remains for some to enter that rest, and since those who formerly had the good news proclaimed to them did not go in because of their disobedience,
Since therefore it remains that some must enter it, and those to whom it was first preached did not enter because of disobedience,
Those who heard the Good News first did not go into His rest. It was because they had not obeyed Him. But the promise is still good and some are going into His rest.
So God’s rest is there for people to enter, but those who first heard this good news failed to enter because they disobeyed God.
We see therefore that it follows that some will enter into his rest, and those to whom it was first preached did not enter in due to unbelief.
Since therefore it remains open for some to enter it, and those who formerly received the good news failed to enter because of disobedience,
Since therefore it remains open for some to enter it, and those who formerly received the good news failed to enter because of disobedience,
Since therefore it remains open for some to enter it, and those who formerly received the good news failed to enter because of disobedience,
Since therefore it remains open for some to enter it and those who formerly received the good news failed to enter because of disobedience,
Therefore, since some failed to enter into it, and those who received the good news earlier on didn’t enter because of unbelief,
Therefore, als (since) it remains for some to enter it, and the ones, who formerly had the Besuras HaGeulah preached to them, did not enter, because they were koferim (unbelievers),
Therefore, seeing it remains that some must enter into it, and those to whom it was first preached did not enter therein for unbelief’s sake,
Since therefore it remains for some to enter it, and those who formerly received the good news failed to enter because of disobedience,
Since therefore it remains for some to enter it, and those who formerly received the good news failed to enter because of disobedience,
So then it remains for some to enter into it; yet those who formerly had Good News proclaimed to them did not enter because of disobedience.
So if God prepared a place of rest, and those who were given the good news didn’t enter because they chose disobedience over faith, then it remains open for us to enter.
Seeing therefore it remains that some should enter into it, and they to whom the good news was preached before failed to enter in because of disobedience,
So that means some people will go in. But the people who first heard the good news about it did not go in. They did not believe it.
Therefore for it followeth, that some men shall enter into it, and they to which it was told to before [and they first to whom it is told], entered not for their unbelief.
since then, it remaineth for certain to enter into it, and those who did first hear good news entered not in because of unbelief --
